Isaac Newton Academy

Isaac Newton Academy is a non-denominational, non-selective school, welcoming girls and boys from all backgrounds from the local community. The secondary school opened with just 180 Year 7 students in September 2012. The first few cohorts will have the unique experience of being the founding year groups of the school. They will receive close individual attention and will be offered a range of leadership opportunities as the oldest students and role models.
In September 2014, Isaac Newton Academy opened the primary phase in purpose-built accommodation right next to the secondary academy. It is a 3 form entry primary school, with 90 children in each year group. Like the secondary school, it will grow a year group at a time.
