Personal Alarms (PPP Taking Care)

Personal alarm services provide the elderly and vulnerable with the support and peace of mind they need to live independently in their own homes. PPP Taking Care's personal alarms connect the alarm holder to a 24/7 response centre at the press of a button should they suffer a fall, medical emergency or need other assistance.

The personal alarms are reliable and easy to set-up and use. If they prefer, customers living in Redbridge can have the personal alarms installed in their homes on their behalf by PPP Taking Care, who will also demonstrate how to use the personal alarm service.

Other telecare alarms are available too including fall detectors and home sensors that alert the response centre when they detect smoke, carbon monoxide and rapid changes in temperature. The personal alarm service can be combined with a medical helpline, providing alarm users with telephone access to qualified nurses 24 hours a day.
