Samaritans (Redbridge)
The Samaritans are available 24 hours a day through their national helpline to provide confidential emotional support for people who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those which may lead to suicide.
In addition they have a branch in Redbridge where they offer a telephone line for queries and support as well as a drop in service.
