Albert Road Children's Resource Centre (South)

Children’s Resource Centres support children and young people from 0-18 years of age and their families and aim to:

Identify the needs of the local communities within Redbridge
Identify and fill existing gaps in service provision
Strengthen and extend the provision of multi disciplinary services and further integrate the way services are provided by developing integrated teams in each CRC and initiating integrated processes, such as the Common Assessment Framework and the Lead Professional
Provide specialist, individual services to children and young people who are in need, vulnerable people who have special educational needs
Enable and support universal services by developing their preventative capacity and allow them to be as effective and as inclusive as possible
