Children's Community Nursing Team (CCN) | Redbridge NELFT
The Children's Community Nursing Team is a team of nurses trained and experienced in the care of sick children. We aim to provide family centred care for children/young people in the community, working with and supporting parents, carers and other professional, while providing nursing care to prevent admission or re-admission to hospital and to facilitate early discharge.

We do stress that we are not an emergency service. Our response times vary, so if you are concerned that your child requires immediate attention please take them to your GP or to the hospital.
