Redbridge Floating Service (Outward)
Outward's Outreach (Care and Support) provide care and support services across north and east London and support up to 1,000 people towards improved choice and greater independence.
Services include:
- Outreach services for people with learning disabilities
- Supported living services for people with learning disabilities
- 24 hour high support services for people with learning disabilities
- Accommodation, outreach and floating support for people with mental health
