The Autism Education Trust (AET) - Redbridge

Who we are
We are the Redbridge Training Partner for the The Autism Education Trust (AET) which is a programme led by the National Autistic Society (NAS).
Established and supported by the Department for Education, the AET promotes and supports partnerships throughout the education system to improve educational access, experience and outcomes for autistic children, young people and adults. Underpinned by current research into good autism practice, the AET programme is structured around the three education phases – Early Years, Schools and Post 16 education.
We are a team of Autism professionals working under the Education and Inclusion Team in Redbridge.
We can support you by:
- Creating an action plan to improve school-wide practices.
- Monitor practice and provide evidence of embedding good autism practice.
- Self-assess your staff skills and competencies to decide on any further development.
We also offer training and support to organisations that would like to have a more inclusive approach to different aspects of their working force, such as general awareness, inclusive practices and many others training offers.
Please contact us for a free 30 minutes consultation to discuss your needs and we can arrange it with a member of our team.
