The Underwear Rule (NSPCC)

The Underwear Rule (also known as talk PANTS) is a simple way that parents can help keep children aged 5 to 11 safe from abuse by teaching them that:

  • their body belongs to them
  • they have a right to say no
  • they should tell an adult if they're upset or worried

The NSPCC has further information and a range of guides for you to view or download. Please visit the website for further information.
