At mcch, we support people with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs. We work across London and the South-East including services in Ilford and Barkingside.
We support people within a number of different types of services that include:
- registered care
- supported living
- individual & community support
- children's playschemes
- transition services
- autism support groups
- social enterprises
- day services
- wellbeing centres (such as Live it Well)
- employment support
- community bridge builder services
There are two registered charities within the mcch group: Autism London and Byways Trust. We also work with Mental Health Matters to provide Signpost UK - a project to help people with mental health needs to manage their mental wellbeing.
Our vision is a home, a job and a social life for people we support. Our aim is to enable individuals to live as independently as possible and support them to reach their potential. Our staff are passionate about enabling people to lead fulfilling lives and achieve their aspirations.
We have innovative services that put people at the heart of everything we do. We have been chosen by people with their own budgets to provide them support and always seek to design services around the needs of each person.
Our staff are highly trained and are flexible to meet the needs of the people they support. We make sure that staff have enhanced criminal records bureau checks and that they adhere to our comprehensive policies & procedures.
