Active Stars (Vision RCL)
This is a 6 week nutrition and physical activity programme for overweight/obese children and their families, managed by Vision RCL. Referrals are made following the weighing of children in reception and Year 6. The course is open to children aged 5-11 years and their siblings and will cover a range of healthy eating tips and advice as well as how to be active as a family.
Sessions are held at different locations around the borough and cost £10 to attend the 6 week block.
Places are allocated on a needs basis.

Parents will receive a letter following the NCMP with details of this programme if eligible.
Professionals can make referrals if they identify children aged 5-11 who are overweight/obese
