CareConfidential offers support to women who are facing the dilemma of an unplanned or crisis pregnancy. They provide a calm space, a listening ear, accurate information, friendly support and practical assistance and time to think through the decision-making process. There are local centres available which are safe and confidential settings where a woman can talk through her situation and receive information on the options available to her so that she can make an informed decision. Support is also available to partners and other family members.  They also offer a post abortion support programme called "The Journey."
