Nursery Room Leader | Little Learners Nursery and Pre-School (Ilford)

Little Learners Nursery and Preschool are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, energetic and committed person to come and join our excellent staff team!

As Room Leader, you will work effectively as part of the nursery team, providing a stimulating and caring environment for children and supporting team members to provide a high standard of care and education.

The successful applicants will be required to have:

• NNEB/CACHE, BTEC or NVQ in Childcare at Level 3 or above
• GCSE – Maths and English – Grade C and above / or Functional Skills – Level 2 – English, Maths and ICT
• Recent post qualifying experience
• Paediatric First Aid Certificate
• Room leader experience in a day care setting
• Experience and knowledge of child protection and safeguarding policies and procedures

A bonus of £750 will be paid on the successful completion of a probationary period to the required standard.
