Girls Brigade

The Girls' Brigade is a Christian uniformed organisation for girls of all ages, offering a programme designed to help them develop physically, mentally and spiritually.

In addition to the structured programme, girls are given the opportunity to attend Fun days and events held locally with girls from other companies - to attempt the Queen's Award Scheme and the Duke of Edinburgh's Award Scheme and participate in camps and training weekends.

Girls Brigade sessions are held at Ashurst Drive Baptist Church. There are two sessions, one for ages 5 to 11 and another for ages 11 and upwards.
