Padma Saravanabhava (Tiny Tots Childminders)
I am Padma. I am a Ofsted registered Childminder, fully qualified and have all relevant courses up to date. My setting is run in a spacious outbuilding which is solely setup for the purpose of childminding and would bring a nursery atmosphere for the child, with a garden having an extensive range of toys and activities. I plan activities for children of all ages every day that helps them with their learning. I emphasise on healthy eating and provide a variety of meals to suit the children’s taste, steamed vegetables are accompanied with every meal. I operate an equal opportunity policy where all children are given the opportunity to reach their full potential regardless of their ability, sex, race, or religion. I promote positive behaviour and encourage children to share and socialise.
I have 15 years of experience looking after children which includes more than 4 years working and teaching children in primary school, pre-school, and nursery. In addition, I have new-born experience which includes my own children. Also, I have been working as a room leader in a pre-school.
