Mayfield Leisure Centre (Vision RCL)
Mayfield Leisure Centre boasts a 6 lane 25m swimming pool, dance studio and 40 station gym; it will be a great addition to the Goodmayes community.
There will be a range of fitness classes on offer from Zumba to Boxercise, Aerobics to Tai Chi; we will also offer personal programmes for the gym. Join our Mailing List to find out about our fitness facilities and membership packages HERE.
For swimmers the pool will offer women only sessions, adult only lane swimming, aquaerobics, disability sessions as well as open public swimming.
Swimming lessons will be offered, they will follow our Swim Vision programme.
