Beating Eating Disorders (BEAT) for young people

BEAT provide information about eating disorders, how to get help and how to help someone you know with an eating disorder.
Beat is the UK's eating disorder charity. We support anyone with an eating disorder, their friends and family, as well as professionals working with or worried about an individual in their care. They provide information and support through: Youth, student and adult helplines which people can call or email Online support including information, message boards and online support groups HelpFinder, an online directory of support services.
The Youthline is open to anyone aged 18 or under.
