Children can join as early as 5 years old. Settling into a proper Martial Art group can be a bit daunting at first for young children and this is why parents are encouraged to attend classes at the beginning. Many parents choose to join in the classes making the experience a family adventure. Obviously there is support structure in place to nurture and reassure young beginners creating a feeling of belonging and comfort within the group.
