The Rose Walton Centre is for children with Cerebral Palsy and associated disabilities aged 0 to 5.
Programmes are designed to stimulate and awaken the child’s senses and encourage self-awareness through activities which are fun for both parent and child. Each programme is designed around the individual child using every aspect of their physical, mental, social and emotional potential.
Staff are trained in the Peto method and work in small groups to using toys and songs to make sessions fun.
The aim of the centre is to develop the child's abilities and confidence and prepare them for the next stage of their education - giving them equal opportunities.
