Independent Panel for Special Education Advice (IPSEA)

The IPSEA is a volunteer-based organisation, with many of its volunteers being parents of children with special educational needs and who, themselves, have been helped by the organisation.

IPSEA provides free independent advice on appealing to the Special Educational Needs Tribunal, including representation, when needed.

IPSEA has developed an online Call-Back Service that uses appointment booking software to let parents book a 45 minute telephone advice session - at a time that suits them.

For more information please contact the general advice helpline as shown below or view the website for futher details on their Tribunal Helpline.
