Adult Social Services Day Opportunities (Woodbine Clubhouse)

What is this service?

The service aims at promoting independence, improving quality of life, supporting individuals to socialise and play an active part in their community and provide vital breaks for carers. 

Who is it for?

Individuals with a learning disability, Autism and/or a physical disability

Outcomes for service users

Individuals who attend are able to develop skills in catering, music, gardening, arts and crafts, multi media and therapeutic movement

When is it on?

51 weeks per year.
Monday to Friday 9.00am – 4.00pm, with evening groups depending on demand. Some weekend activities depending on demand.
