Early learning for 2 year olds (practitioners)

Up to 40% of two year olds nationally are entitled to up to 15 hours of funded early education a week term time until they become entitled for the universal funded early education for three and four year olds (the term following their third birthday) and Redbridge is committed to providing a funded part-time early education place for all eligible two year olds from the term after their second birthday.
