Manual application forms for two year old funding

Most parents and carers can find out if they are eligible online by visiting https://fiso.redbridge.gov.uk, however we are unable to assess whether families are eligible under the criteria below using the online Parent Portal and therefore a manual application must be processed. 

You will be unable to apply through the Redbridge Parent Portal if you meet one of the following additional criteria:

• The child is looked after by a local council
• The child has a current education, health and care (EHC) plan
• The child is in receipt of Disability Living Allowance
• The child has left care under a special guardianship order, child arrangements order or adoption order

If the child meets one of the above criteria then please complete the application form - 'Free early education for two year olds - Application for those meeting additional criteria'.

You will also be unable to apply online if you are a non-UK citizen who cannot claim benefits (known as 'no recourse to public funds' or NRPF). In this instance please complete the application form - 'Free early education for two year olds - Application for those with No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF)'.

Once you have completed your application please return to us, along with any copies of your evidence', to find@redbridge.gov.uk.
